1. Plan Coverage
This protection plan (“Plan”) covers:
✔ Manufacturer defects in materials/workmanship
✔ Mechanical/electrical failures (for eligible items)
✔ Accidental damage (drops, spills, cracks)
✔ Power surges (for electronics-containing furniture)
Exclusions:
✖ Commercial/rental use
✖ Natural disasters
✖ Intentional damage
✖ Normal wear & tear
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, products must:
- Be registered within 30 days of purchase
- Have original proof of purchase
- Show no pre-existing damage
- Be located in [Country]
3. Plan Duration
- 3-Year Standard: Covers defects + 1 accidental damage claim
- 5-Year Premium: Covers defects + 3 accidental damage claims
4. Claims Process
Step 1: Submit claim via our online portal
Step 2: Provide:
- Plan certificate number
- Photos/video of damage
- Purchase documentation
Step 3: Choose resolution: - Repair by authorized technician
- Replacement with comparable item
- Refund (prorated after 2 years)
Response Time: 5-7 business days for claim assessment
5. Service Fees
- $0 for manufacturing defects
- $25 deductible per accidental damage claim
- Customer pays shipping for replacement items over 50lbs
6. Transferability
Plan may be transferred to new owner:
- Submit notarized transfer request
- Pay $15 processing fee
- Provide new owner’s contact information
7. Cancellation Policy
Full refund if cancelled within 30 days (provided no claims made). After 30 days:
- Refund = (Remaining months/Total months) × (Plan price – claims paid)
- $25 cancellation fee applies

Q: Does this replace the manufacturer warranty?
A: No – it extends coverage and adds accidental damage protection.
